POLICY BOARD - MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTIONS - KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

Pursuant to the MTI Reforms Act 2015 and its subsequent amendments, the health Policy Board invites applications from qualified candidates for the following contractual positions to establish its office in Peshawar (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

POSITIONS:

1. ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

📌 Qualification: Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Health Management, Information Technology/System Management, Law, or related field (Master preferred). At least 10 years post qualification experience with 5 years of experience on a senior administrative role. Experience working with high-level committees or Boards in the health or government sector (preferred). Familiarity with HR, Operations and finances related activities, health systems, digital health governance, health policy etc.

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

📌 Qualification: Masters in social sciences, health sciences, numerical sciences. 3-4 years post qualification experience in QA. Good knowledge of ISO, HCC and JCI standards. Certificate in health care quality will be preferred.

3. QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT

📌 Qualification: Masters/ BS in health-related subjects. Certificate in health care quality. Experience/internship in QA department of the hospital will be preferred.

4. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

📌 Qualification: Lead Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) implementation teams across multiple facilities. Develop plans, mobilise implementation team, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. Act as primary focal person with MTI management and health facilities for deployment coordination.

5. JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

📌 Qualification: Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science/Project Management. 2-4 years of relevant project experience.
