2. Stenographer (BPS-14)

English shorthand speed of 50 words per minute.

📌 Qualification & Experience:

Second Division Intermediate or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years' coaching experience in the relevant sport with any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.

Relevant coaching certificate issued by the Pakistan Olympic Association or Pakistan Sports Federation.

Candidates should have secured 1st or 2nd position in Provincial-level individual or team sports events organized by the Pakistan Sports Board or Provincial Sports Boards.

Special Note (Cricket Coach):

Candidates applying for Cricket Coach must have:

Minimum 2 years' coaching experience.

Participation in Provincial, Regional, or Divisional Cricket Championships organized by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Relevant PCB coaching certificate.

Preference will be given to candidates who have participated in Grade-I Cricket Tournaments.

6. Caretaker (BPS-08)

Vacancies: 01

📌 Qualification:

Second Division Intermediate or equivalent.

General Terms & Conditions

Recruitment will be conducted through ETEA.

Candidates will initially be allowed to appear in the screening test based on the information provided in the online application.

Detailed scrutiny of documents will be carried out by the appointing authority.

Government and Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel and provide a valid NOC at the time of the interview.

Age relaxation will be allowed according to Government rules.

Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay a separate test fee for each post.

No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.

The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process.
