Management & Development Foundation (MDF) is a nationally recognised non-political, non-profit, and non-governmental organisation (NGO). MDF is inviting applications from talented, creative, and experienced professionals for the position of IT & Graphic Officer at its Head Office, Hyderabad.

Position Details

Position: IT & Graphic Officer

Location: Hyderabad

Required Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and Information Technology (IT).

Experience Required

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.

Strong command of:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Working knowledge of:

Adobe After Effects (preferred)

Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred for video editing)

Key Responsibilities

Design brochures, reports, presentations, infographics, banners, and social media content.

Maintain consistent branding across print and digital platforms.

Create designs for campaigns, events, and awareness initiatives.

Design and format reports, newsletters, proposals, case studies, concept notes, and donor presentations.

Manage social media content, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Coordinate with programme teams to collect photos, videos, and success stories.

Develop promotional materials for fundraising and donor engagement.

Support branding and communication strategies.

Maintain backups of design files, digital content, and IT assets.

Provide basic IT support for design software and multimedia tools.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Complete creative and IT-related assignments within deadlines.

Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
