FPSC CSS MPT 2027 Registration – Apply Online for CSS Preliminary Test
Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced the MCQ-Based Preliminary Test (MPT) for the CSS Competitive Examination 2027. Qualifying the MPT is mandatory for candidates who wish to appear in the CSS Written Examination 2027. Interested applicants meeting the eligibility criteria are advised to submit their online applications before the closing date.

Test Centers
The MPT will be conducted in 19 cities across Pakistan.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Second Division) from a recognized university.
Age 21 to 30 years as of 31 December 2026.
A two-year age relaxation is available for eligible categories under the CSS Competitive Examination Rules, 2019.
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility requirements regarding age, qualification, domicile, and other conditions by the cutoff date.
Application Fee
Rs. 250
Fee must be paid through the 1-Link payment system using:
ATM
Internet Banking
Mobile Banking Apps (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.)
Any 1-Link member bank
Payments through the old TR-6 Challan, cheque, bank draft, or pay order will not be accepted.
Create an account on the FPSC online portal.
Complete your profile and submit the online application.
Generate the 16-digit PSID and pay the application fee.
Log in again after payment to complete and submit the application.
Admission certificates will be available for download from the FPSC website approximately 10 days before the test.
Important Instructions
Examination center cannot be changed after selection.
Enter your CNIC and Date of Birth correctly in the online application.
FPSC maintains zero tolerance against cheating and unfair means.
The examination will be conducted according to the CSS Competitive Examination Rules, 2019.
