Regional Business Head – Branch Banking Division (CBG)
Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading regional branch banking operations and achieving assigned business, revenue and deposit targets.
The major responsibilities include:
Achieving CA, SA and total deposit targets for the assigned region.
Meeting revenue and other cross-functional business targets.
Collaborating with various business units to identify prospective customers.
Enhancing sales opportunities and deposit mobilization.
Improving and optimizing productivity at all levels.
Promoting a strong compliance culture across the region.
Ensuring high-quality customer service.
Ensuring adherence to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.
Ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and risk guidelines.
Building a strong succession pipeline within the team.
Maintaining high levels of employee engagement and team performance.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC-recognized university or a recognized foreign university.
Experience
Minimum 9 to 12 years of banking experience.
Preference will be given to candidates having more than 3 years of banking experience in a similar role.
Maximum 55 years as of the date of application.
