📌 Qualification Required

Applicants must possess a Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in one of the following disciplines:

Early Childhood Education

Education

Curriculum & Instruction

Educational Leadership

Social Sciences

Or a related field

Higher qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Required

Minimum 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in:

Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE)

Foundational Learning

Teacher Professional Development

Curriculum Design

Education Programme Management

Experience working with:

Government Education Departments

Development Partners

Donor-funded Education Programmes

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of:

Play-based Pedagogy

Teacher Professional Development

Learning Assessments

Education Policy

Programme Quality Assurance

Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, analytical, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.
