Government of Balochistan Planning & Development Department Jobs 2026 – PMU Revamping Projects of SPH & BMC
The Government of Balochistan Planning & Development Department is inviting applications from competent and experienced individuals for various contract-based positions in the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Revamping Projects of SPH & BMC, based in Quetta. These appointments are purely temporary for an initial period of two years, extendable subject to project continuity and satisfactory performance.

Site Engineer (PPS-07)
Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building projects.
Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, construction standards, quality assurance, billing verification, documentation, and contractor coordination.
Biomedical Engineer (PPS-07)
Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a relevant field.
Experience in healthcare or hospital projects.
Expertise in biomedical equipment installation, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety standards, vendor coordination, and reporting.
Development Coordinator (PPS-07)
Master's degree (16 years) in MBA, MA, MSc, BS (Hons), or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in development projects.
Knowledge of BPPRA Rules 2014, MS Office, reporting, and data analysis.
Quantity Surveyor (PPS-07)
Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of BOQs, financial planning, estimation tools, and reporting.
Computer Operator / PA / Data Control Officer (PPS-06)
Bachelor's degree (14–16 years) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office, data management, record keeping, and confidential documentation.
Site Supervisor (PPS-05)
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience.
Knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, technical drawings, and site coordination.
Junior Clerk (PPS-04)
Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in ICS, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Minimum 8 years of clerical experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, record keeping, and communication skills.
Sweeper (PPS-01)
Literate preferred.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene with reliability and punctuality.
Naib Qasid (PPS-01)
Literate preferred.
Ability to handle office support tasks, document delivery, and routine errands.
Contract Duration
Initial contract period of 2 years, extendable based on project continuation and satisfactory performance.
