🎓 Qualification

MBBS or

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field

💼 Experience

1–3 Years of relevant experience in healthcare program coordination or clinical services (preferred)

💡 Required Skills

Knowledge of primary healthcare and referral systems

Coordination and stakeholder management

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and EMR systems

Data analysis and reporting

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

📝 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate specialty healthcare services across the clinic network.

Monitor the performance and quality of specialty clinics.

Liaise with clinics and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

Collect, analyze, and report program data.

Maintain accurate EMR records and Excel reports.

Conduct field visits to monitor clinic operations.

Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and clinical standards.
