EXIM Bank of Pakistan (Pak EXIM) is Pakistan's official Export Credit Agency (ECA), established to strengthen the country's export competitiveness. The bank provides innovative trade finance, credit insurance, guarantees, and risk mitigation solutions to support exporters, financial institutions, and strategic industries.
For our high performance team, committed to driving meaningful economic impact for Pakistan, we are looking for:
1. Team Lead - Credit Administration Dpt. - ISB
Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant fields from a leading local or international university recognised by HEC.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Credit Administration/Operations with a financial institution(s) overseeing business activities related to Corporate, SME, Trade Finance, etc.
2. Regional Business Manager - KHI
Qualification: Minimum of a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or other Business-related fields from a leading local or international university recognised by HEC. Qualifications like CFA, FRM will be an asset.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant banking experience across Corporate, Commercial, SME, and FI segments with strong background in business development, transaction management, credit analysis, and structuring. Exposure to ECA-supported transactions and Export Credit Insurance. Proven experience in F.I. business, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
3. Manager Claim & Recovery - ISB
Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field from a leading local or international university recognised by HEC. Master's degree will be an asset.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in claims & recovery management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
4. Sr. Officer - Finance & Accounts - ISB
Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from a leading local or international university recognised by HEC. CA inter or equivalent will be an asset.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' professional experience. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant work experience after the articleship.
