Government of Pakistan Ministry of National Food Security and Research Pakistan Agricultural Research Council PARC is looking for a dynamic and eminent Agriculture Scientist Research Manager having proven leadership in strategic Planning, Implementation and Management of Agricultural Research with capabilities in formulation of research policies and coordinated programs for the following vacant position of Whole Time Member MP-II in the discipline of Natural Resources and Animal Sciences. Posts. Member Natural Resources 01 post, Member Animal Sciences 01 post. Academic Qualification and Experience. PhD in relevant discipline from HEC recognized university. Candidates must have first Division OR CGPA 3.00 or more in the highest degree with not more than one second division or Grade C in the academic career. At least 20 years proven experience in R and D organization or recognized institutions of research or higher learning public or private sector including experience in managing a multi disciplinary group of scientists and researchers. Minimum 15 research publications in HEC recognized referred journals or books. Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, implementation and management of multi disciplinary agricultural research programs. Demonstrated abilities to mobilize and utilize financial and human resources effectively. Have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and must not hold dual nationality. Other Conditions. The appointment of whole time member will be initially for a period of three years, further extendable for a maximum period of two years on annual yearly basis, subject to satisfactory performance.
