Principal, Indus College of Public Health & Family Medicine
Campus: Korangi Campus, Karachi
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary academic leader to lead the Indus College as a center of excellence in Public Health education, research, and policy impact. The role focuses on advancing population health outcomes, strengthening health systems, and driving innovation in public health.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership in the design, development, and continuous improvement of academic programs in Public Health and Family Medicine for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
2. Contribute to national health policy, systems strengthening, and public health reform initiatives.
3. Promote a strong research culture in the field of public health, epidemiology and health systems.
4. Build international collaborations and partnerships in public health education and research.
5. Provide leadership for the overall administration of the College, including faculty recruitment, performance management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Qualification & Experience:
1. MBBS and PhD in Public Health / Epidemiology / Health Services Management (or related field)
2. 12-15 years total experience in Public Health
3. 5-10 years in senior academic / leadership role.
