Joyland Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support and oversee daily ticketing operations at our amusement park. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ticketing, retail, hospitality, or amusement parks. Strong knowledge of POS and ticketing systems. Experience in cash handling, reporting, and reconciliation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to supervise and train ticketing staff. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily ticketing operations, Supervise ticketing counters and staff, Ensure accurate ticket sales and cash reconciliation, Monitor POS operations, Handle customer inquiries and refund requests.
