Position: Head Collections & Recovery (Digital Banking Group)
Grade: Band-4 to Band-2
Location: Lahore
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor or equivalent from HEC recognized local/foreign university
Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years relevant banking experience in Collection & Recovery
Age: Up to 55 years as on date of application
Key Responsibilities: Manage divisional budget, track NPL ratios, oversee litigation, manage portfolio Big Ticket vs Mass Market, set KPIs, act as liaison with Credit Initiation/FRMU/Card Operations/Legal, fraud reporting
