The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) is a prestigious public sector university chartered by the Government of Punjab and recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. The university is inviting applications from Pakistani nationals for the appointment of Assistant Professors (BPS) on a regular basis in various academic departments.

Qualification: PhD in the relevant field from an HEC-recognised university/institution.
Foreign-qualified candidates must attach an HEC Equivalence Certificate.
If the degree has not yet been issued, a certificate/notification signed by the Controller of Examinations of the degree-awarding university may be submitted.
All experience claims must be supported by valid employer-issued certificates.
Important Information
Selected candidates may be posted at any campus of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
Quotas will be observed as per the applicable government rules.
Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Body employees must apply through the proper channel and submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Age relaxation will be granted in accordance with the IUB Teachers (Appointment & Special Conditions of Service) Statutes, 1977.
Applicants must complete the online application through the IUB e-Portal and submit the required application fee.
After submitting the online application, candidates must send two complete sets of the following documents via registered mail or courier:
Printed online application form.
Attested copies of educational degrees and certificates.
Experience certificates (if applicable).
One recent passport-size photograph for each application set.
Copy of the paid application fee challan.
