Switch and Payment Applications Support Officer – AVP-I/AVP
Job Description
Experience: Minimum 08 years of relevant professional experience. Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized Institute/University. Job Responsibilities: Operate, maintain and upgrade switch and payment systems, including patch management, version updates, and environment handling. Provide round-the-clock support for all digital channels. Deliver 24/7 incident response, manage user roles and logs. Administer and maintain integrations across systems such as card issuing/acquiring, EBM, HSM, CBS, and HLINK. Ensure regulatory compliance with SBP, PCI DSS, ISO standards, and ATM encryption/security protocols. Configure and integrate new ATMs based on branch requirements. Coordinate with QA teams to test new features and scenarios. Enforce server access restrictions to authorized IPs and subnets. Any other task assigned by the management.
