Job Description
Pakistan Embassy College Beijing (PECB) invites applications for the position of Principal in an International School. Age: 45-50 years. The Principal will report to the Board of Governors.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least Master degree from recognized university. Higher qualifications in Education, Educational Leadership, School Administration preferred. Sound knowledge of academic leadership, curriculum planning, assessment & reporting systems in English medium. Familiarity with Cambridge & Pakistani curriculum streams. Excellent written/spoken English, strong administrative & interpersonal skills. Ability to provide strategic, instructional & operational leadership in multicultural environment. Understanding of child protection, inclusive teaching, student wellbeing & data-informed decision-making.
EXPERIENCE: At least 7 years service in senior school leadership roles including Principal, Vice Principal or Head of School in reputed English medium institution, preferably abroad. Strong record of academic & instructional leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead staff & manage HR functions. Experience in parent, community & stakeholder relations. Administrative exposure in school operations, timetabling, facilities, health & safety, admissions, examinations. Knowledge of financial oversight, budget planning, cost control & resource management.
