COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) invites bids through Open Auction from Pakistani nationals for auction of CUI vehicles on "as is and where is" basis via EPADS 2.0 https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. The e-bid shall be conducted via EPADS 2.0 and no physical bid shall be considered. Interested bidders should register themselves on EPADS Version 2.0. The valid CNIC is the NTN of the bidder and CNIC may be entered where NTN is required. The bid security for each vehicle is provided against the vehicles in EPADS 2.0 and is payable in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft drawn in favor of "COMSATS University Islamabad" (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9). Scanned copy is required to be uploaded to EPADS and hard copy must be submitted to COMSATS University Islamabad before bid closing time. Bidding will be carried out at COMSATS University Islamabad, Park Road, Islamabad from April 27, 2026 to May 06, 2026 (Mon-Thu) from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The closing time for submission of sealed proposals is May 07, 2026 by 1100 hours and bids shall be opened on the same day half hour after closing time.
