Tender Description

The Education Engineering Cell (E.E.C), E&S Education AJ&K invites tenders for approved works under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure for Construction, Upgradation & Improvement of Education Facilities in AJ&K covering multiple packages across District Bhimber. Bidding is open to eligible bidders who may obtain further information and acquire bidding documents from the Office of Executive Engineer Education Engineering Cell, Near Khursheed-ul-Hassan Building, Old Civil Secretariat, Muzaffarabad. Earnest money is PKR 450,000/- for each package. Last date and time for submission of bids is 19.05.2026 at 1:30 P.M. with bid opening on the same day starting from 11:00 A.M. onwards for different packages. All bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and fulfill other conditions mentioned in the bidding documents.
