Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites Pre-Qualification (PQ) applications from eligible firms for "Construction of Civil Officers Apartments and Banquet Hall, Lahore". The scope of work includes construction of buildings and infrastructure development, and for execution of works deployment of all necessary material, labor, formwork, tools & machinery. Estimated cost is approximately Rs. 2,970 Million with covered area of approximately 178,481 SFT. Required PEC Category is C-B or Above. Procurement will be carried out through EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. Pre-Qualification Proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 14th May 2026, no later than 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened on the same day on EPADS at 03:30 PM. Manual proposals shall not be accepted. PQ documents are available on EPADS and Punjab PPRA website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
