Bidding documents containing detail terms and conditions shall be issued during working hours OR can be downloaded from website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and also from online procurement system i.e. https lep.punjab.gov.pk and response time shall be calculated exclusively from date of publication of advertisement on website of PPRA. The bidders are required to submit 2 percent bid security amount of Estimated cost in shape of Bank Guarantee CDR Demand Draft Pay Order in favor of Rawalpindi Development Authority Rawalpindi. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The envelopes shall be marked as Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal in bold and legible letters in separate envelopes.
