Hiring of Services for Survey & Soil Investigation of 132 KV Transmission Lines in GEPCO

GEPCO invites tenders for 02 works under Tender No. GEPCO/GSC/GEPCO/2025-26:

1. Sr. 30/2025-26: Hiring of Services for carrying out Survey and preparation of Route Plans/Profiles of different Proposed 132 KV Transmission Lines in GEPCO, to be carried out during next 02 Years.
Sr. 31/2025-26: Hiring of Services for Soil Investigation with complete test reports for different Proposed 132 KV Transmission Lines in GEPCO, to be carried out during next 02 Years.

2. Procedures of Open Competitive Bidding: Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004 clause 36 (b) will be adopted. Bid shall comprise of single package containing two separate envelopes each marked as "Financial Proposal" and "Technical Proposal".

Who can Participate: Firms must be registered/renewed for current fiscal year 2025-26 from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category, registered with PRA or PST and with FBR for Income Tax with active status. Must have experience in survey work/soil investigation for 132 KV Transmission Lines, with satisfactory job completion certificates. In case of JV, a successful bidder will have to submit performance security on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 3000/- attested from Notary Public.

Earnest Money: Original Bid Security for 120 days in shape of Bank Draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan Rs.0.2 million must be supplied along with technical bid. Successful bidder has to submit Rs.0.5 million as performance Security in form of CDR/Bank Draft after issuance of LOI.

Last Date / Time of Submission Tenders: Bid should be submitted through E-Pads new version 2.0 up to 11:00 AM, 05.05.2026.
