Hiring of Manpower Services/Skilled Security Guards/Drivers & Meter Reader

Description

HAZECO Corrigendum for Tender No. HR-02, 03, 04-2025 regarding Hiring of Manpower Services/Skilled Security Guards/Drivers & Meter Reader. With reference to Pre-Bid Meeting held on April 07, 2026, and clarifications received through EPADS, following amendments incorporated in tender documents:

1. Inclusion of NOC from Home Department in eligibility criteria (applicable to Tender No. HR-02).
2. Revision of Social Security contributions in accordance with updated minimum wage of PKR 40,000 (applicable to Tender Nos. HR-02, HR-03, and HR-04).
3. Reduction of Life Insurance coverage to PKR 0.5 million, in compliance with applicable labour laws (applicable to Tender Nos. HR-02, HR-03, and HR-04).
4. Specification of authorized weapons, including .223 Rifles / SMG / MP-5 (applicable to Tender No. HR-02).
5. Provision allowing arms licenses in company name, as per applicable laws (applicable to Tender No. HR-02).
6. Clarification of term "Armed Forces" to mean Ex-Servicemen (Armed Forces) (applicable to Tender No. HR-02).

Updated Bidding Documents uploaded on EPADS. All prospective bidders advised to visit EPADS and carefully review revised documents prior to submission.
