Hiring of Manpower Services/Skilled Security Guards/Drivers & Meter Reader
Tender No. HR-02, 03, 04-2025

With reference to the Pre-Bid Meeting held on April 07, 2026, and in light of the clarifications received through EPADS, it is hereby notified for the information of all prospective bidders that the following amendments have been incorporated in the tender documents:

- Inclusion of NOC from the Home Department in the eligibility criteria (applicable to Tender No. HR-02).
- Revision of Social Security contributions in accordance with the updated minimum wage of PKR 40,000 (applicable to Tender Nos. HR-02, HR-03, and HR-04).
- Reduction of Life Insurance coverage to PKR 0.5 million, in compliance with applicable labour laws (applicable to Tender Nos. HR-02, HR-03, and HR-04).
- Specification of authorized weapons, including .223 Rifles / SMG / MP-5 (applicable to Tender No. HR-02).
- Provision allowing arms licenses in the company's name, as per applicable laws (applicable to Tender No. HR-02).
- Clarification of the term "Armed Forces" to mean Ex-Servicemen (Armed Forces) (applicable to Tender No. HR-02).

Accordingly, the updated Bidding Documents have been uploaded on EPADS. All interested bidders are advised to visit EPADS and carefully review the revised documents prior to submission of their bids.

The Tender Submission Date has been extended i.e. 27-04-2026 at 10:30 am, and Tender Opening Time is 27-04-2026 at 11:00 am.

All other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.
