CONSTRUCTION OF POST PRODUCTION AND UTILITY BLOCK, LAHORE
Description
Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) has issued a pre-qualification (PQ) notice of general contractor 2026/PQ/27 for construction of post production and utility block, Lahore. The scope of work consists of construction of buildings and infrastructure development, and for execution of these works deployment of all necessary material, labor, formwork, tools and machinery. The estimated cost is approximately 3,413 million PKR with covered area approximately 301,789 SFT and required PEC category C-A. The procurement shall be carried out through EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority under PPRA Rules 2014 and PQ proposals must be submitted on EPADS on or before 05 May, 2026 no later than 03:00 PM with opening at 03:30 PM the same day.
