Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids on Single Stage –Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36 (b) from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration in relevant Category with Project Codes CE-01, CE-10, EE-02, EE-04, EE-07, ME-02 & ME-06 or equivalent for year 2025-27 who can prove their eligibility and qualification. Name of Work: Construction of Government Officers Residence at Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad (SH: Construction of Multi Story GOR Building (G+5), Infrastructure Development and Construction of Houses). NIT Cost: Rs. 1,351,652,000/-. Bid Security: Rs. 25,000,000/-. Detail in Bidding Documents. Electronic Bidding Document available at EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Prospective bidder shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS in PDF and original must be provided on or before submission of bid in office of Director (P&C-A-I), CDA. Bids submitted online through E-PADS at or before 16-07-2025 at 10:30 AM. Manual Bids will not be entertained.
