Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals through EPADS System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for the subject procurement. Scope of work: development of internal and external road infrastructure, emergency circulation roads, pedestrian walkways, landscape areas, utility infrastructure, and public amenities required for operational functionality of healthcare campus. Applicable Rules: PPRA Rules 2014 (amended upto date). Estimated Cost: Approximately 3,444 Million PKR. Required PEC Category: C-B or Above. All Interested applicants required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. PQ Document/PQ Notice containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions available at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and PPRA Website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. PQ Proposal submitted on EPADS on or before 14th July, 2026, no later than 03:00 PM. Prequalification Proposals opened same day at 03:30 PM. Proposal received through any mode other than EPADS shall not be considered.
