The description of tenders alongwith terms & conditions are as under: S.# 30/2026: Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge - Tender Fee Rs 2000/-, Opening Date 25-07-2026 10:00 AM, Tender Opening Time 11:00 AM, Single Stage one Envelope. S.# 31/2026: Purchase, Installation & Commissioning of Automated Ultrasonic Immersion Testing System - Tender Fee Rs 2000/-, Opening Date 25-07-2026 10:00 AM, Tender Opening Time 11:00 AM, Single Stage Two Envelope. S.# 32/2026: ID & Miscellaneous Machines with Accessories - Tender Fee Rs 2000/-, Opening Date 25-07-2026 10:00 AM, Tender Opening Time 11:00 AM, Single Stage one Envelope. 1. Detailed specifications alongwith terms & conditions etc can be obtained from the undersigned by making a request in writing on firm's letter-head alongwith the bank draft/pay order of given tender fee in the name of Director Finance O Box 1482. 2. Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted. 3. In case of quotation must be accompanied by 02% earnest money of total order value (GST) in favour of Director Finance, P. O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. 4. Tender documents will not be issued to the firms who could not supply the stores against the earlier contracts. 5. Onus of the postal delays in the delivery of tenders shall rest with the tenderer. 6. The tenders shall be super-scribed by tender number and due date, in case, the firm which is not registered with the Sales Tax Department, their tender will invariably be rejected. 7. The validity of the tenders must invariably be 60 days from the date of opening. Tenderers own validity less than this period will not be accepted. 8. Tender containing cutting and overwriting shall be rejected at the time of opening. 9. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. 10. The competent authority reserve the right to accept/reject any or all the quotations at the time of opening. 11. Tender documents can be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft through cash/fast/e-mail. 12. The original bank draft should be received in this office ONE DAY before the opening date.
