Description

Electronic bids are invited through BPPRA Gob’s Electronic Public Procurement System at https://bopra.gob.pk for the work "CLEAN DRINKING WATER FOR ALL UNION COUNCILS (UCS) IN QUETTA" under TS# 2525001024530 with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,768,785,000 PKR. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Bidders must be on Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted, and have NTN and Sales Tax Registration. The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature with work turn over of minimum Rs. 700,000,000 PKR in the last 10 subsequent previous years. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure applies with a bid security of 4% in the form of Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call. Tender opening is scheduled at 10:00 AM on 02 May 2026 through EPPS System.
