Procurement of Students Learning Kits and Institutional Center Kits / Equipment

Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU) – Punjab Education Sector Reform Programme (PESRP), School Education Department, Govt. of Punjab, invites sealed bids (lot-wise) under the World Bank funded project “Getting Result: Access and Delivery of quality Education Services and System Transformation in Punjab (GRADES-STP)” for procurement of Students Learning Kits and Institutional Center Kits/Equipment. The tender includes 4 lots: Lot-01: Student Learning Kits, Lot-02: School Furniture & Fixture, Lot-03: School Stationery and Other Items, and Lot-04: Water Cooler with Stand. Estimated quantity is 500 Schools (item-wise quantities defined in RFB document). Bidding will follow Single Stage One-Envelope method as per World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers September 2023. Bid Security is 2% of bid price in shape of CDR/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Bidding documents are free of cost and available at www.pesrp.edu.pk.
