Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi Mansehra Tender Notice Sealed tenders inclusive of all taxes are invited from sole distributors resourceful contractors authorized Dealers for purchase of Dry Ration items from well reputed firms duly registered with income tax and sales tax and must be on ATL Active Taxpayer list maintained by FBR. Terms of References i Bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond in shape of Call Deposit Demand Draft or Pay Order for a value as mentioned above in favour of Principal Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi Mansehra alongwith financial bidding documents. ii Firm should be registered with FBR and reflected on active tax payer list. iii Price inclusive of all taxes where applicable should be quoted in Pak Rupees and if contractor quote price without taxes his bid will not be considered for further process. iv Bidders shall furnish an affidavit on stamp paper to effect that firm is not blacklisted by any Government Semi Government Department. v Tender bid complete in all respect should reach to office of undersigned on above mentioned tender opening date. vi Any cutting overwriting manipulation in tender shall render bid liable to rejection. vii Bid validity period should be of 04 months. viii Late incomplete bids shall neither be accepted nor entertained and shall be returned at time of opening of tenders. ix Tender Opening Committee reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids by giving reason to that effect if desired in writing. x No transportation and carriage mobilization charges will be paid for supply of items for designated place. xi All pages of bid documents must be signed and stamped by authorized signatory of bidder firm. xii Bid shall reach office Upto 1130 hrs on 29 July 2025 which will be opened in Conference Room at 1200 hrs on same day at PSSC Batrasi Mansehra in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend proceedings. xiii Tender documents for above mentioned items can be collected from Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi Mansehra during office hours with payment of tender fee non refundable as mentioned above in form of Pay Order Bank Draft or in Cash in favour of Principal PSSC Batrasi with effect from 4 days from date of publication of this notice in newspapers till one day prior to opening date of tender. xiv Tendering mode is Single stage two envelopes basis.
