RDA Tender Notice for Procurement of Janitorial Cleaning Services

Rawalpindi Development Authority RDA invite sealed Bids from Income Tax GST registered firms companies having sufficient experience for provision of Janitorial Cleaning Services to Government departments private organizations. Description Procurement of Janitorial Cleaning Services Estimated cost 13.300 million 2 percent Bid security Rs 0.266 Million Date of opening 28.07.2026 10:00 AM. Bidding documents containing detail terms and conditions shall be issued during working hours OR can be downloaded from website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and also from online procurement system i.e. https lep.punjab.gov.pk and response time shall be calculated exclusively from date of publication of advertisement on website of PPRA. The bidders are required to submit 2 percent bid security amount of Estimated cost in shape of Bank Guarantee CDR Demand Draft Pay Order in favor of Rawalpindi Development Authority Rawalpindi. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The envelopes shall be marked as Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal in bold and legible letters in separate envelopes. Sealed Bids are required to be submitted by interested bidders on 28.07.2026 till 09:30 AM in office of Rawalpindi Development Authority Rawalpindi. In addition bidders shall submit an electronic copy of their bid through prescribed online procurement portal on or before stipulated closing date and time. In Case of public holiday or due to any reason the date issuance and receipt of tenders will be next working day. Late bids shall not be entertained.
