RAVI URBAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB INVITATION FOR BIDS HIRING OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES Ravi Urban Development Authority RUDA invites proposals from qualified and experienced audit firms listed in Category A of auditors maintained by the State Bank of Pakistan for the provision of external audit services for a period of three 03 years Detail provided in the bidding document Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments The bidding document may be obtained from undersigned office upon submission of a non-refundable Pay Order CDR of PKR 10,000 issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan valid for 90 days in favor of Ravi Urban Development Authority during office hours Monday-Friday The advertisement and Bidding document may also be available on RUDAs website www.ruda.gov.pk vendors however Bids will only be accepted if accompanied by required Pay Order CDR of PKR 10,000 The procedure for bidding shall be Single Stage Two Envelope as specified under Regulation 41 2 b of RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022 amended which can be downloaded from RUDA website https ruda.gov.pk legal-framework and these regulations shall serve as the operative law and bidding is open to all eligible firms as specified in the bidding documents Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 3 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office address below Technical proposal must be accompanied with a Bid Security of PKR 50,000 valid for 90 days beyond the bid validity in favor of Ravi Urban Development Authority in the form of Pay Order CDR issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan The Bid Security must be submitted with the Technical Proposal otherwise the bid shall be declared non-responsive Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at the RUDA Office Conditions Late incomplete or overwritten bids will not be entertained RUDA will not bear any cost incurred by bidders in preparing or submitting proposals The retiring current audit firm including any directly or indirectly affiliated firms shall not be eligible to participate in this tender Any such bid shall be rejected The successful bidder may be debarred Blacklisted if its proposal valid for 90 days beyond the bid validity If the submission date falls on an official local holiday the next working day shall be deemed the deadline RUDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason Director Procurement Ravi Urban Development Authority RUDA RUDA Sub-Office 5-C Muslim Town Facing Canal Near Punjab Group of Colleges Lahore Email haroon.rafiq at ruda.gov.pk Tel 042-99233231-6 IPL-7301
