Punjab Highway Department, Road Construction Division Rawalpindi invites tenders under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (Technical and Financial Proposal) from eligible Engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab PPRA. The scheme is for Construction of Underpasses Under GT Road at Khayaban-e-Quaid-e-Azam Gate, Gulyana Mor and Tehsil Gujar Khan, District Rawalpindi. Estimated Cost: Rs. 3038.400 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 154.420 Million @5% of estimated cost. Completion Period: 10 Months. PEC Category required: CA with relevant specialization code. Bidding will be conducted online via e-PADS. Original CDR from firm account must be submitted to Tender Opening Committee one day before bid opening. Technical bids will be opened by Tender Opening Committee and Financial Bid opened only for technically qualified vendors.
