MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES NOTICE OF TENDER 01 The office of DW and CE PAF Chaklala invites sealed tenders for the following Works in light of PPRA Rule 13 1 of 2024 02 Provn of certain facilities at PAF Base MM Rs 47.590 Million 03 Firms will furnish details including work orders location and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificate from users Firms having experience in Construction Electrical Mechanical Plumbing works services registered with PEC in relevant field are eligible to apply NOTE Contractors shall provide certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with Government Department in Court of Law and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation E-in-Cs Branch GHQ is outstanding against them 04 Firms will furnish list of personnel Bank statement NTN certificate Income tax return for the last three years 05 Only those firms contractors can apply who fulfill under mentioned criteria a Enlisted with PEC in Cat C-2 and above in relevant field with validity at least up to Jun 2027 b Preferably Enlisted with MES in Cat A In case of non-enlisted firms 2 percent bid security will be provided Refundable c No Special of DME and 3 outstanding DME recoveries 06 Tender will be issued to Pre-qualified firms contractors and are required to be received in HQ DW and CE PAF Chaklala at 1730 hrs at 13 Aug 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hrs 07 Bidding Documents Procuring agencies shall formulate precise and unambiguous bidding documents that shall be made available to bidders immediately after publication of invitation to bid 8 The procuring agency shall provide a set of bidding documents to any supplier or contractor on request and subject to payment of price if any Explanation For purpose of this Sub-Rule price means cost of printing and providing documents only 08 Incomplete application shall not be entertained 09 The Accepting Officer reserves right to accept or reject tender Rejected tenders shall be dealt with as per Para 33 1 of PPRA Rules 09 The interested parties can contact CMES PAF Samungli authorized representative for further details from 0730 to 1330 hours on all working days PID I 0872 26
