E-TENDER NOTICE for Repairing / Renovations of Executive Engineer Small Dams Division Jhelum Office and Repairing / Renovations of Residences for XEN and Staff in Small Dams Division Jhelum

Tenders for the following work are invited through electronic bidding under the Single Stage - Single Envelope bidding procedure from eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 in category C-6 and above, and registered with E-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), for two works including Sr. No. 1: Repairing / Renovations of Executive Engineer Small Dams Division Jhelum Office with estimated cost of 2,231,691 Rupees, earnest money of 118,585 Rupees, and completion date of 30.06.2026, and Sr. No. 2: Repairing / Renovations of Residences for XEN and Staff in Small Dams Division Jhelum with estimated cost of 6,996,349 Rupees, earnest money of 349,825 Rupees, and completion date of 30.06.2026. The bidding process shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended up to date), advertisement and bidding documents are available on the web portals https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and bids will be received through E-PADS only with e-Bids submission due date and time of 05 May 2026 at 11:00 PM and e-Bids opening date and time of 05 May 2026 at 02:00 PM. Manual bids shall not be accepted, bidders must submit the original copy of the financial instrument as bid security before the bid opening, and 10% of contract amount shall be furnished by the successful bidder within stipulated time in accordance with PPRA Rule-56, with OGDCL reserving the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA Rule-35.
