Highways Division Kotli Communication & Works, Govt. of Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites Electronic Bids in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules 36(a) as per Single Stage- Single Envelope Bidding Procedure from the eligible Firms/Contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and having endorsement in C&W Govt AJ&K for FY 2025-26 in appropriate category with specialization code CE-01, CE-02 as mentioned against each work for 54 works covering Construction, Improvement and Black Topping of various Link Roads in District Kotli with lengths ranging from 0.5 Km to 1 Km, with estimated costs and bid securities specified for each work, where interested bidders must submit Electronic Bid(s) up to 11 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at the same time. Bidding Documents and instructions to Bidders can be downloaded from contractor's dashboard, newly registered bidders are directed to get username and login details from IT Section, Office of The Chief Engineer Highways (Muzaffarabad), bidders must upload scanned copy of Bank Receipt or CDR showing proof of deposit of Bid Security in Divisional Joint Account, performance security is fixed as 5% of bid price with additional performance security required if rates are below 10% of Engineering Estimates, hard copy of Original Bank Receipts or CDR along with Bidding Documents duly signed and stamped must be submitted within 48 hours after opening of bid, and the competent authority reserves the right to reject all or any bid under Clause 33 of AJK PPRA Rules.
