Solid Waste Management Services for ICT Areas (Zone I-VI) and Zone-I (Sector H-16) for four (04) years extendable to one year on satisfactory performance

Description

The Capital Development Authority invites bids from Contractors/firms/consortium/joint ventures duly registered with income tax and sales tax department having experience in Solid Waste Management and who can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in Bidding Documents for Solid Waste Management Services (SWM) for four (04) years extendable to one year on satisfactory performance under two works including Sr. No. 1 for Hiring of Solid Waste Management Services for ICT Areas (Zone-I, Zone-II & Zone-III) with Bid Security of Rs. 120.00 Million, Bid Submission date & time 14 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and Bid Opening date & time 14 May 2026 at 11:30 AM, and Sr. No. 2 for Hiring of Solid Waste Management Services for ICT Areas (Zone-IV & Zone-V) with Bid Security of Rs. 90.00 Million, Bid Submission date & time 14 May 2026 at 02:00 PM and Bid Opening date & time 14 May 2026 at 02:30 PM. Electronic Bidding documents containing detailed terms & conditions, specifications and requirement etc. shall be available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.epads.gov.pk with effect from 27 April 2026, and E-Bids will be received according to PPRA Rule 36 (b) Single Stage Two Envelope procedure prescribed under Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023 and is open to all prospective bidders registered in the "e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS)". Technical Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Refundable) in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of DDO (PAC), CDA issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan, and prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and shall provide original hard copy before opening time of bids. Project related information may be sought from the office of Project Director (SWM), CDA on any working day during office hours Room#9, First Floor, Block-III, CDA Secretariat, G-7/4, Islamabad, Pakistan, and prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk and as per instructions contained in ITB of Bidding Documents or on pre-bid meeting scheduled to be held on 05 May 2026 at 11:30 AM in Conference Room D G Environment Office, Mehran Gate, F-9 Park, Islamabad. The Technical Bids will be opened by EPADS publicly on the date and time mentioned above in the presence of the procurement committee & Bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be held at the office of Director P&C-II, Block-III, CDA Secretariat, G 7/4 Islamabad, and notification of GRC constituted in terms of rule-48 of PPRA 2004 is provided on procurement agency's website, EPADS at www.epads.gov.pk.
