Description

The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP) established as an Autonomous body under the Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab Act, 2016 by the Government of Punjab for planning, designing, construction and maintenance of infrastructure in line with best international practices invites proposals through EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for procurement for supply, installation, commissioning & maintenance of Radiology Equipment Package No. 3, Lot-C3, Mobile C-Arm on DAP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polytechnic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3 Islamabad with estimated cost of 42 Million PKR (scope provided in RFP Document), bid security of 840,000 PKR, bid validity of 180 days, Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure and Open Competitive Bidding method under PPRA Rules 2004 (amended upto date). All interested applicants are required to register on EPADS for participation, RFP document containing detailed requirements, instructions and evaluation criteria is available for the registered bidder on EPADS at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and is also available on Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Federal PPRA) Website http://ppra.org.pk, and the RFP documents comprising the Technical & Financial Proposal prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP document must be submitted on EPADS on or before 11 May 2026, no later than 02:30 PM with Technical Proposal to be opened on the same day on EPADS at 03:00 PM while manual bids shall not be accepted, and in case the last date for submission of the Proposal is declared a public holiday then the next working day will be considered for Proposal submission & opening.
