SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (ALONG WITH AVAILABLE RESOURCES)

Description

Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority intends to invite unconditional bids from bidders / Joint Ventures (eligible as per bidding document) for outsourcing of solid waste management services (along with available resources) for Tehsil Mandi Bahauddin (Rural & Urban Areas) for the period of four years, extendable to another two years. Bidding process shall be conducted online through EPADS system as per Rule 38 (2)(a) i.e. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure with least cost selection method. Estimated price for 4 years is Rs. 7,904 million with bid security of Rs. 79.04 million. Pre-Bid meeting will be held on May 04, 2026 at 1100 hours.
