Hiring of Consulting Firm for Development of Teacher Career Progression and Professional Pathway Framework

The Government of Balochistan, through the Government of Pakistan, has secured USD $100 Million financing from the International Development Association for the Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services in Balochistan (GRADES-B) project. The Project Management Unit, Balochistan Education Support Project invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing technical assistance for developing a customized Teacher Career Progression and Professional Pathway Framework for Balochistan, ensuring consistency with the TORs. The assignment includes technical assistance for HR reform, teacher management systems, and career pathways services, with focus on foundational literacy and numeracy, climate change, and emergency preparedness mechanisms. Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance qualifications and must demonstrate relevant experience and capacity. Selection will be in accordance with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers September 2023.
