Description

The Procuring Agency, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement invites bids on PWD CSR 2022 electronically through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) on a Single-Stage Two Envelope procedure from eligible and experienced firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Federal Board of Revenue departments for repair/renovation/upgradation works. Manual bids will not be considered. Eligibility requires firms with Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-4 or above with specialization codes CE-10, CE-09, EE-11(v), CE-11(ix), BC-04 and BC-02, valid NTN Certificate from Federal Board of Revenue as an Active Taxpayer, valid Sales Tax Certificate from Sales Tax Authorities/Sindh Revenue Board, and affidavit of not being blacklisted or in litigation. Conditional bids, bids without required bid security, and blacklisted firms will be rejected. Bid validity is 30 days. Bidding documents can be downloaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk and submitted electronically through EPADS. No negotiations are permitted and the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids per PPRA Rules.
