REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (REOI) - Hiring of Consulting Firm for Capacity Building of WAPDA in Priority Environmental and Social (E&S) Aspects

Description

Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) has received financing from the World Bank (Grant No. TF0C5206) toward the Building Environmental and Social (E&S) Capacity (BESC) in Hydropower Development in Pakistan and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. WAPDA invites eligible consulting firms for open-national Consultant’s Qualifications Based Selection (CQS) for hiring a Consulting Firm for Capacity Building of WAPDA in Priority Environmental and Social (E&S) Aspects including Gap Analysis, Training Design and Delivery, Local & International Learning Exposure Visits. The estimated input is 120 man-months and completion period is 36 months. Interested consulting firms must be registered with SECP and FBR, possess a valid NTN, and must not have been blacklisted by any government organization. Expressions of Interest must be delivered in writing in person or by courier to the office of General Manager (HRM), WAPDA, 227-WAPDA House, Lahore on or before 07.05.2026 till 11:00 AM. Detailed REOI Document with comprehensive Terms of Reference (TORs) may be obtained from the office of Project Director (BESC)/GM (LA&R), 736-WAPDA House, Mall Road, Lahore during office hours from 10:00 to 13:00 hours.
