Procurement for Fabrication of Suction Machines

Description

Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority (P-WASA) invites e-Bids from manufacturers registered with FBR & PRA, and NTN & PNTN for procurement of suction machines under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. The tender has 3 items: Item 1 - 33 No. suction machines (4500L) at estimated price Rs. 298 Million with Rs. 5.72 Million bid security; Item 2 - 41 No. suction machines (7000L) at Rs. 680 Million with Rs. 13.60 Million bid security; Item 3 - 7 No. suction machines (9000L) at Rs. 567 Million with Rs. 11.34 Million bid security. Bidders must complete and authenticate E-bids by uploading PDF files on e-Procurement System EPADS by 07 May, 2026 at 01:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on EPADS at 01:30 PM on the same day. Bid security in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order for 2% of estimated price must be submitted in original to the Additional Director General (ops), P-WASA at AJWA Sector A-2 Township, Lahore before submission of bids. Bidding documents are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. The procuring authority may reject all bids as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024.
