Procurement of Medicines, Surgical, Disposable Items and Other Allied Items for Financial Year 2026-2027

Description

Officer Commanding CMH Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from registered manufacturers, importers, distributors and suppliers for the procurement of medicines, surgical items, disposable items, X-ray films, laboratory kits, chemicals, reagents and other allied items for the financial year 2026-2027. Tenders will be received as per Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Tender documents can be obtained from the Accounts Section of the hospital on payment of Rs. 5000/- non-refundable fee. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 12-05-2026. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost. In case of discount/rebates, clarification must be provided. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes and financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened.
