TENDER FOR SCRAP 2026

Description

Multinational Company requires quotations from interested parties to collect scrap on an annual basis from all sales centers, warehouses and plants all over Pakistan. Interested parties must be registered with the Environmental Protection Agency and Municipal Corporation, and only parties registered with the E.P.A can send their quotation. Quotation forms with scrap details can be received during office hours till 9am to 5pm 25th April 2026, and sealed quotations must be submitted addressed to the National Purchase Manager by 25th April 2026. Locations include Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Karachi, and Haripur with designated POCs. Quotation must be accompanied by a Pay Order for Rs. 100,000/- per location as bid security, and successful bidders shall be required to make a refundable security deposit of Rs. 1,000,000/- per location. Parties must be registered for Sales Tax, with E.O.B.I and Social Security, have valid E.P.A license for 2026 and onwards, valid Incineration Certification for Hazardous Items, and must not have employees under 18 years. The winning party will be signed for a 1 year contract with daily collection of all scrap. The Multinational Company has the right to accept or reject tenders without any reason, and envelopes should be marked as "Scrap Tender".
