The Gwadar Development Authority invites bids from Eligible Bidders for execution of works for the Year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2023 on Percentage Rates for Construction of Drainage works and Rectification of Black top of Service road for Marine Drive Opposite GDA Office Gwadar (0.75Km). Estimated Cost is Rs. 14,418,612/- with Tender Fee Rs. 1,500 PKR and Bid Security 2%. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014 with Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligibility: Presence in Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted, Balochistan Revenue Authority Registration required, completed 2 assignments of similar nature, turnover of at least 10,093,028 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years.
