AUCTION OF MISCELLANEOUS SCRAP ITEMS

PPHI SINDH is not for profit organization, registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites bids for an open auction of miscellaneous unserviceable items including old ACs, Furniture, Generators and Laptops on "As is where is basis". The open auction will be held on 29th April, 2026 at 3:00 PM at PPHI Sindh Head Office Address: C-27/1 Block-2 Clifton, Near Umer Sharif Park, Karachi. Inspection: 28th & 29th April, 2026 (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM) at above location. Bid Security: Rs. 10,000 cash must be submitted before bidding. Payment: 25% on same day, remaining next working day. Advance Tax: Filer 10% and Non-Filer 20% payable on bid value as per FBR prescribed rules. Loading: All loading/unloading responsibility lies with the bidder. Goods must be removed next working day after the complete payment. PPHI Sindh reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
