NOTICE For Pre-Qualification of Coal Suppliers

Huaneng Shandong Ruyi (Pakistan) Energy (Private) Limited (HSR), operating a 2 x 660 MW coal-fired power station located in Chak No.76/5-R, Qadirabad, Sahiwal, Sahiwal City, Punjab, Pakistan, invites applications from reputable coal traders having at least two years of commodity trading experience, with active NTN and Sales Tax status, valid coal import history during the last year and not on the FBR blacklist, for pre-qualification as coal supplier on HSR's Panel. Pre-qualification document containing detailed conditions, the procedure for submission of applications, evaluation criteria, etc. is available for the interested bidders and can be purchased from HSR against bank telegraphic transfer of Rs. 10,000/-. To obtain the pre-qualification document, interested parties must email hnpc_fsd@chnpc.net with the subject line "Request for Pre-Qualification Documents" and include the company name, representative name, and contact information.
