Description

The Assistant director Police invites bids from eligible Bidders for supply of ammunition, protective clothing and related items under TSE-2526041017791. Only electronic bid will be submitted and no physical bid is required. In all bids submission, it is mandatory for all bidders to get registered at electronic procurement system of BPPRA-GOB with tender fee 1,000 PKR and bid security 2%. Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity of 100,000,000 in previous 5 years, turn over of at least 25,000,000 per year in last 3 years, 3 years presence in active tax payer list, sales tax certificate. The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Submission of the required bid security is required in case bid security is not found during financial evaluation the bid will be considered as non-responsive. Bid submission fee is required and bidders are required to upload verified work orders and subsequent documents from concerned department in response to the eligibility criteria. Bid can only be submitted electronically latest by 30 April, 2025@ 11:00 AM through supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on same day at 11:15 AM on EPPRS System.
