Description

Notice for the pre-qualification of well-known contractors for internal infrastructure and development works in the society. The scope of work includes: repair of the existing boundary wall, leveling and demarcation of block areas, construction of a main gate along with a guard room, construction of a site office, cleaning and repair of chamber lines, installation and repair of electrical infrastructure, development of parks and sports grounds, construction and repair of roads (including carpeting), laying of Sui Gas pipelines, pavement of streets and installation of pavers, and other related miscellaneous development tasks. All these works are to be executed at Sector Nos. 4-A/5, 5-A/4, and 5-A/5, Scheme 33, Karachi.
